HEALTH CARE or SENIOR CARE / LIVING ARCHITECT

We are seeking a – HEALTH CARE and SENIOR CARE / LIVING Architect - with a minimum 5 + years experience for Full Time Employment who would like the opportunity to expand their design and technical skills and join our team of multidisciplinary designers. The individual must a have high level of design skills and a high interest and skills in all levels of Virtual Design / BIM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in Health Care (Acute, Ambulatory and Outpatient) or
• Senior Care or Living Environments
• ArchiCAD and/or Revit proficient - BIM and Virtual Building development
• 5+ years minimum years experience
• Bachelor of Architecture (Minimum)
• Licensed Architect (Preferred but not required)
• Leadership interpersonal skills and independent thinking
• High level of design skills
• Extensive experience in building technology
• LEED and Sustainability knowledge

INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking an experienced INTERIOR DESIGNER with 3+ years experience with a Bachelor of Interior Design degree who would like the opportunity to expand their design and technical skills, to join our team of multidisciplinary designers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge base and core understanding of all aspects of the design process
• Creating design concepts utilizing various methods including 3D renderings, sketches, spatial adjacency diagrams, and material/furniture boards
• Researching and educating other team members on interior materials including the latest technologies in regards to sustainability, maintainability, and aesthetic trends
• Creating furniture plans and specifications while working closely with vendors
• Working directly with clients to realize and guide their vision
• Coordinating and preparing design & construction documentation including interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and millwork details
• Self managing time and responsibilities, and enjoys multi-tasking on a variety of project types

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 3 or more years experience working in architectural office in interior design – required
• Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program
• ArchiCAD or Revit proficient

ADDITIONAL PREFERED EXPERIENCE
• Experience in Healthcare & Senior Living Environments
• NCIDQ certification or working towards it
• LEED AP accredited a plus
• Experience in 3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in social media & marketing opportunities

ARCHITECTURAL INTERN

We are seeking an ARCHITECTURAL INTERN for Full Time Employment with a Bachelor or Masters Degree of Architecture who would like the opportunity to expand their design and technical skills, to join our team of multidisciplinary designers. The individual must a have high level of design skills and a high interest in all levels of Virtual Design / BIM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 1 - 4 years experience
• ArchiCAD or Revit proficient    (ArchiCAD preferred)
• Sketch Up, graphic and 3D VD/BIM related programs
• Bachelor of Architecture (Minimum)
• (Preferred) Education and interest in healthcare or technology design

MARKETING COORDINATOR / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

LWDA is currently seeking an experienced Marketing professional with experience in the AEC industry. This position will report directly to the firm’s principals and will provide key support in executing the overall marketing strategy for Senior Living, Senior Care, Healthcare, and Corporate markets. The role will provide content, writing, and graphics for all proposals, interviews, and slide presentations. Coordination of events and some travel for industry conferences should be expected.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Write, layout, and produce proposal and presentation materials for firm principals

• Write and maintain project sheets, team resumes, and other assets to be used in proposals

• Coordinate with subconsultants and partners to gather and assemble proposal materials

• Maintain company brand standards across all materials

• Update the firm website with content, new hires, and recent projects

• Post on the firm’s social media accounts

• Coordinate with third party consulting partners as necessary

• Experience within the A/E/C or other professional services industry

• Deadline-oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
